报告题目一:Weighted Conditional Distribution Adaptation For Motor Imagery Classification(张瑞副教授)

报告简介:Individual differences of electroencephalogram (EEG) signals can increase calibration difficulty, which is a major challenge in the practical application of brain computer interface (BCI). Transfer learning is an available method to predict the target subject's EEG signals by learning an effective model from other subjects' signals. We propose a weight conditional distribution adaptation (WCDA) method, which can enhance feature transferability and discriminability by minimizing the conditional distribution of the same class between domains while maximizing the conditional distribution of different classes between domains. Moreover, a transferable source sample selection (TSSS) method is proposed to improve the transfer learning performance and reduce the computational cost. Experiments on two public motor imagery (MI) datasets demonstrated our approach outperforms the state of the art methods, thus providing an available way to reduce calibration effort for BCI applications.

报告简介:在科学技术迅猛发展的当代,社会生产对于系统结构的要求越加苛刻,刚性结构已逐渐被柔性结构所取代。然而,柔性结构自身阻尼较小、抗干扰能力弱,受到干扰后极易产生长时间振动等特点,也使其在实际工程中的应用困难重重。因此,如何有效减小甚至消除柔性结构在受到干扰时所产生的不利振动,对于工程实际应用来说具有重大的指导价值。
本期报告主要以柔性海洋输油立管系统为例,介绍柔性结构大规模应用所面临的重大问题,以及对柔性结构进行振动控制的研究意义、研究现状及控制方法。
